Short stories illustrating the lessons learned by two organizational explorers. The honesty and openness with which they present their mistakes and realizations is refreshing. Clearly not cookie cutter consultants, they manage to share fresh ideas for approaching challenging situations. Thought provoking and entertaining, the book has prompted me to take a different look at how i facilitate change and apply the momentum created by it.

I would definitely recommend passing on this one. The book's 6 degrees are not well defined and leave you guessing what the point is. There is an over use of metaphors, that fail to make any impact, and are quirky at times. If you are looking for corporate secrets of success look somewhere else. It provides little more than a motivational pep talk.
