Whether you're looking for a business-oriented or lightweight notebook, the ThinkPad T22 offers a number of appealing features. It's not as fully loaded as some of its more expensive siblings, offering a 13.3-inch rather than a 14.1-inch display, for example. It also has a relatively small 10 GB hard disk drive and a read-only 24x CD-ROM drive. But if you're looking for a notebook for productivity applications rather than multimedia use, neither of those is likely to present an impediment. This model has an 800 MHz Pentium III processor, 128 MB RAM, and a 56K modem but no standard networking.
