The Data Express DE75 is a steel constructed drive carrier and receiving frame for internally mounting a low-profile (up to 1 inch high), 3.5 inch form factor SCSI or IDE drive into any standard or undersized half-height, 5.25 inch peripheral bay. The DE75 is available in versions that support SCSI Wide Ultra160, Wide Ultra2, Wide Ultra, Narrow, and IDE (including ATA/66) and also supports 80-pin single-connect (SCA) SCSI type drives. The Data Express also feature a front-accessible key lock.The SCSI DE75 may also be mounted into one of several available Storcase Data Silo expansion chassis, to be used as a standalone external removable subsystem.
