Other enhanced SCSI-2 features such as scatter-gather and command-tag queuing are supported.

IBM's ThinkPad T22 notebook offers an impressive combination of features for use as a desktop replacement or entertainment-oriented machine. Even so, it's relatively portable at 5.5 pounds and 1.3 inches thick, with a battery rated for 3.7 hours of operation. One of the notebook's most impressive features is a 14.1-inch active-matrix screen that offers 1,400 x 1,050 resolution. The system also includes an 8x DVD-ROM drive and large 32 GB hard disk drive. Its processor is a 1 GHz Pentium III, and 128 MB RAM is included. A 56K modem and networking are standard, too.
