The Vivitar Vivicam 3345 features three digital camera functions in one unit: digital still camera, movie mode, PC/Web camera. At its core is a 1.3-megapixel sensor, which captures enough information to create photo-quality prints up to 7 by 9 inches.
The 3345's built-in movie mode allows you to capture short movie clips without audio at a 320 x 240 pixel resolution. Plug it into a computer via the camera's USB interface, and you can use the 3345 to stream live video over the Internet.
The camera stores images in its 8MB of internal memory, but the camera also features a slot for Secure Digital memory cards. The camera also boasts a built-in flash, an auto power-off function, and a user-friendly status LCD display.
