The MDC 6500Z combines a seven features into one multi-functional camera (digital still camera, digital camcorder, PC cam, digital voice recorder, digital music player, card reader, and mass storage). The camera features optical zoom, MPEG4 technology for high-quality video recording, 1.5-inch LTPS LCD display, and up to 6.5-megapixel resolution (hardware enhanced). The MDC 6500Z offers video recording with sound, a true 5.0-megapixel CCD sensor, 12x zoom ability (3x optical zoom and 4x digital zoom), six built-in scene modes (auto, portrait, landscape, close-up, sport, night mode), and built-in 32 MB internal memory. The MDC 6500Z supports JPEG, ASF, and WAV file formats, as well as digital music files. The camera has audio functions for digital music files, voice recording and includes both built-in microphone and speaker, and a self-timer.
