The AquaPix fully functional 3.1 megapixel digital camera that is fully amphibious. This greatly reduces the chances of water damage and flooding of the camera. By having access again to ALL of the controls this again will assist in alleviating the water damage problem. If the diver does sustain water damage, the AquaPix is fully insured by DEPP insurance, "Out of the Box". The YS-25DX was designed specifically for digital cameras. It synchronizes with a unique fiber optic cord for flood free connection. The fiber optic sync cord is customized for use with the AquaPix camera. The fiber optic cable transmits light from the cameras built in flash, so in a sense it works like a slave strobe. The special synchronization dial can be adjusted for the strobe to work as a standard slave or with "pre-flash cancellation" for digital cameres that utilize a pre-flash. The pre-flash cancellation can be adjusted for many different digital cameras so that the proper synchronization is achieved. The YS -25DX offers complete exposure control with a seven level power adjustment dial. This is especially helpful in standard and wide-angle photography where an auto matic strobe would produce too much light. Lightweight and compact, the YS-25DX makes the ideal digital light package for all digital cameras.
