5 out of 5 stars Probably the best on the subject. Excellent........1999-08-03

At long last a book that can be kept for generations-to use,learn-to; to assist in the processes of finding our lost and scattered families. Even the name says it all"Scattered Seads". Author has done an great job of taking a very complicated process and breaking it down into it's component parts. Easy to read, easy to understand.

4 out of 5 stars A simple, but complete, how-to softcover for beginners........1999-04-05

Ms. Morris has simplified the seemingly daunting process of searching for family roots. The fact that the book is soft-covered and small (easy to carry) makes it inviting for note-taking and record-keeping.
