Product Description
Expositions consist of 21 original piano solos that
represent three particular compositional perspectives: Family, Abstract, and Blues. Family songs (personal names/titles) musically capture the inner character including some emotions of immediate family members. Abstract songs portray musical characterizations of subjects such as "Loch Ness," "The Nebulous Zone," and "Child's Personality," and a humanistic virtue: "To Observe is Better." Blues songs show the influence of the blues on other styles such as stride ( "Fill in the Gaps"), boogie-woogie (" Boogie-Woogie Blues"), blues/rhythm and blues ("Rhythm and Some Blues"), and swing ("Allegro Blues").
