compare the sound quality.......2001-05-02

Aside from the great songs, i like this cd for its sound quality, considering that this is an HDCD (if you have an HDCD decoder) from Reference Recordings (check out the other titles at referencerecording.com). The sounds are detailed and crisp and it is definitely a Sunday Morning Music.

Havent heard this CD yet, but love his style.......1999-05-19

Hi, John Sharp (Jr) plays, or played with, Jim Brock the percussionist (who I believe is on this album). John wrote a song called "Palm Palm girls" on Brock's "Tropic Affair" CD which was its best song, very captivating. Also, John does a song on Brock's "What is, What was" which is also excellent. The guy has style and soul, very skillful. Belongs up there with the best, yet very unique.

A wonderous bluesy style that treats the listener's ears to a musical delight. Super audio recording quality to boot!
