Not their best.......2004-07-29

I'm a huge J-Church fan, but i wasn't blown away with this collection. I think they kind of got off into this self-indulgent thing. All the songs kinda start to sound the same. That said "versace killer," about andrew cunanan is a fast pace neckbreaker that i will dust off and crank up loud for the neighbors every now and then.

Lance and the boys are back with yet another classic record.......1999-11-02

If you have not heard of J Church yet you must have just got into punk yesterday. These guys are a prolific three piece from San Francisco who play fuzzy pop punk tunes with the most interesting lyrics you will ever come across. Cat Food is their latest release and contains some previously released stuff and seven new songs that are excellent. This is fine release that contains smart pop punk, original lyrics and stuff that no other band can simply ever match. This is not their best record but it's still J Church so it's top notch. Fans will not be dissapointed, neither will new comers, give this a try, you won't regret it.
