First of all, the cd comes with a small jigsaw puzzle. I love puzzles. The songs are great, funky, inspiring and spiritually uplifting, I especially like the superman song, that is why I bought the cd. One song that is cool and funny at the same time is the one in which the child says halleyula! instead of halleluya, that is so sweet....reminds me of the words I could not say right at that young and toothless age. There is a song for all ages and seasons in this cd, listening to the samples will help a lot, I promise you will not regret it.

I actually liked this album. Vickie is mostly known for her traditional songs, but with 'Bringing It All Together' she aims to connect with a younger audience. This album is filled with joyful, uplifting songs for the young and young at heart. Who wants to hear an artist that follows the same formula with each album and never tries anything new?? Not me!! I applaud Vickie for trying something out of the box and making it hott and fresh!

Two Great Jazz Masters Together At Last!!!.......2002-02-25

Toots Thielemans is the grand master of the Jazz harmonica. Stephane Grappelli is the grand master of Jazz violin. Together they've dominated their respective instruments for over half a century and now the two finally get an oppurtunity to play with one another.

Both players shine on this CD. Sometimes it's Grappelli who shows Thielemans a thing or two. Sometimes it's Toots that get in the last word. Overall, this recording is a joy to listen to.

Hardcore Jazz fans who dismiss either the violin or the harmonica as serious Jazz instruments should listen to this album.
