DJ Luciano Supervielle Started his Professional Career in his Native Uruguay with the Hip-hop Group Platano Macho. His Greatest Fame Though Comes from his Mastery of the Keyboard Backing Singer/Songwriter Jorge Drexler. He is the Youngest Member of the Latin Grammy Winning Project Bajofondo Tango Club and this is his Solo Debut Apart from the Band. The Album is Produced by Juan Campodonico and Gustavo Santaolalla. Includes the Original Version of "Perfume" and Enhanced Video Footage from the Recording of the Song "Forma".

A GREAT CD IF YOU'RE LOOKING TO MELLOW OUT..........2005-02-04

BAFOFONDO TANGO CLUB is just one of the electrotango movement that appeared in the last couple of years. This CD is a great CD if you're looking to mellow out after a hard day of pain we call life. If you like smooth jazz, this is a CD that you must have in your collection.. however, I don't recommend this CD to anyone who's into the dance scene, because it doesn't contain any songs like TANGUEROS (BAJOFONDO TANGO CLUB CD)

Electrotango is "en vogue", but unfortunately a lot of Albums are either made of second rate house music with tango snippets or second rate piazzolla interpretations with unhip beats.

Bajofondo is different, and their second album is even better than the first one. Cool beats and music that lives, not as repetitive as most electronic music styles. And a lot more danceable tracks thanks to beats that are more downtempo (in contrast to the house-flavoured first album)

If you ask me: the best Electrotango-CD released so far!
A must for innovative Tango-Djs and Electrotango-Lovers in the world.

I was a bit disapointed.......2006-05-05

First CD in this kit is OK, I prefer much more Bajofondo Tango Clubs first CD than this package. 2nd CD is more expirimental, I didn't find it very interesting. The 2 videos on the 2nd CD (you'll need the Quicktime player) are well done. Buy something else for techno-tango if you want to dance on this music.
