Switch it up a bit.......2007-03-11

I'm just starting to add Reggaeton to my playlist. I like it on the radio, but the style of the CD seemed to get old after the first half dozen. Too hard all the way through. Would have been nicer if it was broken up with some soft or smoother stuff here and there. I liked about 3 or 4 of the songs on the album. Go Ivy Queen!

Mas Flow 2 has a couple of the greatest reggaeton songs out there, and there are a lot. Luny Tunes know what they're doing and they get all the best artists - Daddy Yankee of course, Tego, Wisin y Yandel and so many more. "Rakata" is one of the best, but "Mayor Que Yo" is by far my favorite reggaeton song. "Verme" is also extremely catchy and the "Mirame" remix is amazing. If you love reggaeton or are just becoming interested in it, either way this should definitly be part of your collection.

One of the best reggaeton CDs out there........2006-07-13

A reviewer stated this is a compilation of Puerto Rican artists. That's because Reggaeton is Dance Hall Reggae in spanish and is a style of music originated in PR. If it's not from the island, it's probably not Reggaeton but spanish rap. On the island there are some very popular DJs who work with every top act on the island. The best DJs are Luny Tunes and Noriega. This album, the other Mas Flow and their album with Noriega are some of the best reggaeton albums you can ever buy. If your new to Reggaeton and you want to try some out, you won't go wrong with this album.

Mas Flow Dos, Might be the Best Reggaeton CD thus far.......2006-06-24

Track #1 Intro: Just like the title of the track, it's just an intro, nothing more nothing less.

Track #2 Rakata: A big hit in the latin clubs, first time you hear it, makes you want to dance. Great song to start off the album with. Great hip-hop feeling to it.

Track #3 El Tiburon: Another great dance hit from the duo producers Luny Tunes. Alexis and Baby Ranks make a great duo on this song. Sort of a Merengue and hip-hop feeling to it.

Track #4 Dale Castigo: Great song to dance along with also big in the clubs.

Track #5 Mirame: A great song from Daddy Yankee mixed with the Hindi-singing of Deevani. The ultimate song as far as mixing genres is concerned, with the mashing of Hip-Hop, Spanish(Cumbia/Merengue/Salsa), Reggae and Indian Music. A very popular song in the underground.

Track #7 Mayor Que Yo: Great song to dance along with. A song about being older than your girlfriend.

Track #10 Sobale El Pelo: Short but good song to listen to.

Track #11 Te He Querido, Te He Llorado: Probably the biggest hit from Ivy Queen thus far. Very popular on the Radio and Dance Floors, even though it's sad admission of a bad relationship. The beats keep you dancing despite the lyrics being a downer. Song is about a bad relationship, the title means "I've loved you and I've cried for you."

Track #12 Mirame 2 Version: Only thing remixed on this version is the addition of Tego's verse's.

Track #13 Dejala Volar: Another great song about a bad relationship.

Track #15 Tortura: A funky little song, great for couples to dance in the clubs.

The rest of the cd is good too, but I honestly feel the rest of the songs are fillers. In other words, they are good songs just not as good as the ones I've listed. Still the best Reggaeton Compilation CD thus far.

ESSENTIAL TO ANY REGGAETON COLLECTION.......2005-12-20

Luny Tunes' Mas Flow 2, the epitome of reggaeton music at its finest. The c.d. of all reggaeton c.d.'s. Esto si es el perreo with collaboration after collaboration and hot beat after beat. If you know anything about reggaeton you most definitely should already have this c.d. completely memorized, but if not que malo eres..pero te perdono..now go and buy the c.d. esta que halde!

I love the fact that they decided to put out a platinum edition of Mas Flow, it makes the album even better with the addition of the free dvd, so go out and get this album cause it's hot. and look out for Mas Flow 2 coming out this spring.

En mi caso es otra perdida de dinero..........2005-02-26

Bueno en verdad pienso q esto esta medio ridiculo, pero no se... cada cual tendra su razon. Este cd es practicamente el mismo cd de Mas Flow 1 q salio hace 2 años... la unica diferencia es que le cambiaron las caratulas, le quitaron el nombre de "Noriega" de la caratula, y trae el dvd de Mas Flow que han vendido por separado. Si pagastes los 15 pesos por el cd de Mas Flow cuando salio, y pagastes 15 pesos pal dvd... ni te atrevas gastarlos aqui... Pero, si nunca comprastes el cd o el dvd, pues es una tremenda inversion y ahorro...

don't waste your money buying this version, there is a Mas Flow Platinum edition that is the same as this album plus you get a dvd full of some of the best videos from this album, and some of Luny Tunes greatests hits. the dvd has 14 videos, plus the cd. this album is a most have for reggaeton fans, so go out and get your copy.

Mas Flow is a Very Clever CD.......2004-09-23

The Artists on Mas Flow are the cream of the crop from Puerto Rico, and I really liked the CD. There is a new CD/DVD package coming out on entitled Ragga Nacion which features new songs from Nico Canada (The Noise), The Dream Team, T-Quest, General Degree, and many others. It also has many of the original hit songs that started the Reggaeton movement. It covers 1987-2004, so there is something for everyone. Amazon will have it on Oct. 12, and you can preview it at www.ragganacion.com before you buy. I got a preview copy from the Producers, and I really liked it, and that is why I wrote this review, and a couple of others.

It all started with tego.......2004-06-24

My fling with regaetton (possibly temporary) started with Tego Calderon's "Metele Sazon", which is a great song. I'm not hispanic/latina/whatever and I don't speak more than a handful of Spanish (mostly bad words) but I'm hooked on regaetton. It's not for everyone (better that way) and it sounds really good with the volume turned up. My only complaint is there should have been a larger female presence (beside the orgasmic moaning, I mean...you know, rapping). It seems like Glory always represents the "girlas" and that's it. How about the "girlas" have more support so they can represent themselves? Okay, speaking off the soap box, I recommend this collection to most people with a pulse.

Standout tracks were: Metele sazon, hay algo en ti, bailando provocas, tu me pones mal, tu sabes, te quiero ver.

This Sucks! -It's Hipocracy at it's Finiest!.......2007-01-14

It's funny how ignorant some people can be sometimes. Artists sell music with "explicit Lyrics" tag on the cover of the CD and yes, they are talking about fighting, killing, taking other guys' girlfriends and doing sexual things to her and what they are going to do to women... Ect... It's ok with me (I guess). But when you take the same songs with exact lyrics and bring "kids" to the studio and have them record over it with their voices, hmmm well, I have an issue with that.
That only shows how stupid the world has become. And in my case, it's not about that, It's the fact that there are people out there trying to protect kids and keep them away from these type of music and lyrics. But yet this crap comes out. How would you like your 8 year old singing about violence, sex and drugs???
