I just wanted to confirm what the first reviewer had to say about this CD. To hear Ethyl Merman, Mary Martin, Andrea McCardle etc. singing their trademark songs brought a lot of memories from the mid-centry musical theater back again. The last song by Glynis Johns is especially poignant.
You certainly can't beat the price!

This is a very good CD, mostly because it's the original artists. I've had some that were re-recorded by no name artists that were ghastly. This one is a really good one--including the sound quality. If I had one wish, I would wish it were longer!

This is just what I was looking for to take to the Alzheimer's Unit of the Assisted Living Home I volunteer for here in Birmingham, AL. The patients love the Glenn Miller Orchestra music; many of them remember the words of these songs, even if they can't remember if they've had breakfast or lunch. This CD is Bringing Happy Moments and stirring up wonderful old memories. Thank You!

Cd has all the hits and some lesser known rockers. The music is the same as the Marquee live cd. The singer is not Brian Connolly.
