Customer Reviews:
Smooth Jazz 2 from Jazz fm (UK).......2002-11-06
This is another terrific collection from JAZZ fm's extensive series of compilation albums, featuring the classic Morning Dance from Spyro Gyra; the emotive Seduction from Dave Sanborn; Santana's evergreen, Samba Pa Ti -(30 years old and still sounds cool). The ladies are well represented too with divas Randy Crawford and Patti Austin and the superb underrated Brenda Russell. And who can forget the 'Reverend' Al Green? So, whether you're driving, dining with friends or just chilling - this album has got to be in your collection. There's something for everyone and I doubt if any lover of smooth jazz could dislike this eclectic mix of different flavours, covering guitars, saxes, keyboards and vocals.
Jazz fm has a huge following in the UK and justifiably so, with the accolade of being the world's biggest smooth jazz radio station on the web. Enjoy - you wont regret this purchase!
