Lovely Baby Music presents...Lovely Baby Classics CD

Editorial Reviews
Gayle Peterson, PhD
"Parents will learn a lot about their babies by observing their child's responses to the rich sounds and melodies."

Parenting Magazine - December/January 2003
This collection fuses classical and jazz instrumentals with natural sounds and cooing baby vocals. The effect is lovely and calming.

Album Description
When you play Lovely Baby CDs for your baby, you’ll be amazed with the results. For the first three months you will see a special glow in their eyes. From 3 months and on, they start moving, mumbling and responding in several ways. In Europe and Asia, this music has already proven to be a revolution in baby-edutainment.

Created by award-winning Dutch composer, Raimond Lap, the series is targeted to the -3-24+ month old market. Unlike any other, these original recordings feature arrangements that are perfectly suited for babies' sensitive ears, while the compositions stress melody, harmony and rhythm. Lovely Baby CDs contain no vocals other than baby sounds, as lyrics at such an early age, according to Mr. Lap, don’t add to the educational value of the music. Raimond uses what he calls "super-stereo" sound as a tool to develop movement and physical response. Additionally, he has integrated an assortment of styles and musical elements into his music that stimulate babies’ brains.

Lovely Baby CDs help create a peaceful home environment, which is an integral part of the learning experience. Mr. Lap has spent years refining his baby music. One major reason for the success this series has earned throughout Europe and Asia, where millions of babies are enjoying his music, are the productions themselves. Not only are they pleasant to babies' ears, parents find them appealing as well. With music so parent-friendly, moms and dads are exposing their babies to Lovely Baby CDs more often and for longer periods of time, making for a truly family-oriented experience. Parental participation carries so much weight during this formative time in a baby's young life.

5 out of 5 stars love it love it love it.......2007-03-10

Talk about sweet music! My son loves it and I have to admit I love it too!! I love the baby noises in the background - but I really really love the music and how well it was put together!

5 out of 5 stars Lovely Baby Classics CD is not just for babies.......2006-11-13

The Lovely Baby Clasics CD is delightful and refreshing to hear. Hearing actual baby noises in the background is a clever way to attract the baby's interest. It also works for adults! The chosen selections are truly classical and therefore, educational; I enjoy listening to these classics while meditating, reading, or letter writing. This would be a wonderful (and greatly appreciated) gift for a new mother, for a baby shower, for a pre-school to play at any time during the day, for babies who go to sleep with music playing or simply for adults and children to listen to at home.
