The only reason I gave this album 1 star is because it has music by Beethoven. Otherwise it's not worthy to be infested by the vile masses of various insects namely locusts and cockroaches. Beethoven would have smashed this to pieces if he knew its intent.
HEY BLOCKHEADS!!! Try having people just listen to the music and let that speak for itself. I don't even have this album and I know the music is good. The makers are idiots.
Revolting.......2003-02-23
Andre Previn has already expressed his disgust at the "concept" behind these recordings. Vladimir Horowitz would do the same if here were still alive.
RCA has sunk to new lows in their desperation to find a new market for old music. They should be ashamed, but apparently, they have no shame.
The immortal music of Beethoven was not written as background for one's bedroom bliss.
