Editorial Reviews
Fanfare, May/June 2005
The performances radiate affection for the music and technical virtuosity. A high recommendation.

Album Description
This is the first release of a set of 12 CDs of Reicha’s 24 woodwind quintets. Reicha (1770-1836) was a friend of Beethoven and Haydn and was one of the most influential composers of his period. Professor of Counterpoint and Fugue at the Paris Conservatoire, his pupils included Berlioz, Gounod, and Liszt.
