Stunning choral works and performances!.......2005-05-03

The beauty and purity of the music and sound here cannot be overstated. How does one describe the effect of a hundred voice choir singing? I don't have the words. The works here are by mostly contemporary composers whose roots go back centuries. The title work is the only piece that has a sparse but beautiful horn accompaniment. The Seattle Choral Compnay and its director, Fred Coleman, are to be warmly applauded. Marvelous. Highly, highly recommended!
