Album Description
John Holt is principal trumpet of the Dallas Opera Orchestra and has performed and recorded with the Dallas Symphony, Fort Worth Symphony, Dallas Opera Orchestra, and Voices of Change. He is Assistant Professor of Trumpet at the University of North Texas. Holt is a champion of new music and has commissioned seven works for trumpet and piano and trumpet ensemble.

sounds good, technically very sound. good if you want to learn the notes of a piece or hear the notes. Bad if you're looking for any musical thought/message. very boring and empty in that respect.
