The Feature selection here is the world famous Tokyo Kosei Wind Orchestra. From Tokyo, Japan. This is the very first release of this outstanding ensemble on an American Label. This recording was recorded at The Midwest Clinic, in Chicago and features some of the newest and most expensive recording gear the country has ever seen. Master Engineer Yoshihiko Mazda, carried with him a Meitner Design ADC8 and a Genex GX-8500 along with B&K 4006 microphones supplemented by our AKG C-414B TL-II‚s. The sampling frequency was over a million bytes per second and the bit rate was 96khz. This is one reason this is truly a great sounding disc.
