This is the 16th volume in the ongoing series of CDs chronicling the complete organ works of Bach, performed on the world’s great organs by Kevin Bowyer. These two discs feature a fascinating assortment of Bach miscellany, including sketches, fragments of lost or uncompleted works, variant versions of familiar pieces, and pieces once attributed to Bach but now believed to be by other (unknown) composers.

Kevin Bowyer has played throughout Europe, North America, Australia and Japan, and has become celebrated for contemporary and unusual repertoire as well as his mastery of Bach. He has broadcast widely for the BBC and other radio stations throughout the world, and has released more than 50 recordings. Here, he plays the organ of St. Hans Church, Odense, Denmark.
