Ira Ross has done an amazing work putting together history, music, and joy of opera for all to enjoy. In this his third cd,
as in his other two, he shares what special portions for which you should listen reminding you of the story, the music and the performers. He has a personal way of making "La Traviata" come alive. He has encourage my love of the opera through these explanations.

What a wonderful way to learn about opera. The combination of beautiful operatic music interspersed with Ira Ross' informative narrative is a winning duo. This CD is a must for anyone interested in learning about the spirit and history behind the great operas.
