Album Description
All works written & arranged by the legendary saxophonist, Sigurd Rascher. This is a CD paying tribute to the accomplishments of Sigurd Rascher through a recording by his last student, Styliani. This recording aims in capturing the spirit of Sigurd Rascher's repertoire and honoring his efforts in successfully making the saxophone know to many celebrated composers who wrote works for Rascher that the saxophone too is an orchestral instrument-sticking to the inventors original intentions of his instrument of 1840.
