Book Description

I started reading "Invisible Husband" on a Sunday evening and I had it finsished on the very next night. The book was SOOOOO good. I was raving about it to a friend and was telling her that Nikki reminded me so much of her. She decided to read it also and loved the book also.

I thought it odd for Byron and Nikki to meet so soon in the book but it was perfect. I liked that Sheila got right down to the point and didn't go on for pages about stuff that really didn't matter. That's the style of writing I like.

The book progressed great and even though there weren't any surprises and nothing unexpected happened, the book was right up my alley.

I would definitely say, check this book out.
Sheila Goss has a fan for life.

Would Make A Good Comedy Movie! .......2007-03-23

This book was funny, fast-paced, and it was also true to human nature and how society can make both single men and women feel when they are not married and childless. Some people will go through desperate measures to "fit in" even if it means living a lie. The title of this book was very deceptive in itself. A reader could have easily assumed other possibilities as to what this book could have been about, so the title itself was a good marketing strategy of Sheila's.

Like the other commentaries, I look forward to reading other books by this author.

A Cute Little Story.......2007-03-20

Enjoyed the book. Little unrealistic. I can't imagine anyone going through such measures to please anyone, let alone co-workers and family. But I enjoyed the story and the budding romance.

Very Tasteful and Heartwarming.......2007-03-09

As I started reading this novel, one of the first things I noticed was the author's almost zero use of swearing and completely no explicitness. Nikki and Byron's first "time" together (after all was said and done) wasn't even dialogued or mentioned but it was definitely safe to assume. The author's tasteful style of writing was definitely a refreshing change. I never understood why Byron didn't tell Nikki his secret, but at the same time his love for her was genuine by the words he spoke and his actions towards her. Nikki was a very likable character with a good head on her shoulders and a heart of gold. Their marriage charade was priceless .I enjoyed reading about the character Tara. The office environment was easy to relate to. The ending definitely surprised me. I'd like to read more from this author.

I love this type of romance - thanks to the author! The romance between the lead characters was so sweet. The story line was really good and the secondary characters added to the story immensley. Great read.
